That covers Zapier, Make, and n8n - Paste a Slack or Discord incoming-webhook URL to post new and critical feedback to a channel - Export feedback or survey responses as CSV or JSON from the inbox and survey pages - Pass extra keys to `identify()`, such as plan or user ID. They show in the details panel and are searchable - Leave internal notes on any report. Only your team can see them - Triage from the keyboard: `j`/`k` to move, `1`–`4` for status, `e` to archive, `!` for spam, and `?` for the full list - Rate limits on the public submit API are now shared everywhere ## v0.20.0 — Email critical feedback immediately September 24, 2026 Some reports should not wait for a digest. In Setup, describe what counts as critical. Matching submissions are emailed right away, even when your preference is Daily digest or Off. - Open **Setup → Notifications** and keep **Send critical feedback immediately** on - Write the situations that should interrupt you, such as a failed payment, a broken checkout, or lost data - The inbox type stays Issue, Idea, or Other. Your installed script updates automatically. - Visitors no longer choose Issue, Idea, or Other. AI labels every report in the inbox instead - Upload your own logo in **Setup → Appearance**. PNG, JPEG, or WebP up to 2 MB, with **Use default** to switch back - Add up to three **widget links** below the form, such as Contact us, your changelog, or pricing. Archived items leave the active inbox and remain available under the **Archived** filter to restore later. ## v0.19.0 — Archive feedback and copy visitor emails September 6, 2026 Inbox items can be put aside instead of deleted, and a visitor email copies in one click. - The **⋯** menu and details panel now say **Archive** instead of Delete - Archived items leave Active, New, Planned, and In progress. Open the status filter and choose **Archived** to find them again, then change the status to bring one back - **Copy email** replaces Reply when a submission has an address - Setup is shorter: **Basics**, **Appearance**, **Trigger**, **Notifications**, and **Members** are tabs. Install stays on the right ## v0.18.1 — Hide announcements on excluded pages September 6, 2026 Published update cards no longer appear on pages listed under Exclude paths, matching the floating button and page-load popup. - Exact paths such as `/login` and wildcards such as `/supa-auth/*` keep the announcement card hidden - A visitor who only sees an excluded page is not marked as having seen the announcement - No embed change is needed — saved project settings apply automatically ## v0.18.0 — Shown and CTR on announcement cards September 2, 2026 Published update cards now show how many visitors saw them and how often the Learn more link was clicked. - Shown increments the first time the card appears for a visitor - CTR is clicks divided by shown, and cannot go above 100% ## v0.17.1 — Count every survey display in Shown August 30, 2026 Shown was counting unique browsers, so a campaign could show 1 against many responses and a conversion over 100%. Each display now counts, and a submitted rating always counts as at least one shown. - Shown increments every time the survey appears, not only the first visit from the same browser - Conversion is responses divided by shown, and cannot go above 100% - The inbox ⋯ menu closes when you click outside it, and no longer hides under the next row ## v0.17.0 — Choose how you get feedback emails August 29, 2026 New submissions no longer have to land as one email each. Invite a friend or family member by email and they join with their own account. - Open **Setup** and use the new **Members** section to send an invite - They create their own login, then both of you can use the inbox, surveys, and widget setup - Only the owner can delete the project or manage members. Members can leave anytime ## v0.15.1 — Hide feedback on excluded pages August 28, 2026 Fixed an issue where the floating Feedback button stayed visible on pages listed under Exclude paths. - Exact paths such as `/login` now hide both the page-load popup and floating button - Wildcard paths such as `/supa-auth/*` hide them on that route and all of its subpages - No embed change is needed — saved project settings apply automatically ## v0.15.0 — Add a personal note to status emails August 25, 2026 When you mark a report Done, you can include a short note for the person who submitted it. - When you mark a report Done, add a **Note for the submitter** on the **Announce this update?** prompt - Use **Draft Done** to start from an AI suggestion. Edit it before you skip or publish — nothing is emailed until then - Leave the note blank for the usual generic email. A note is never required ## v0.14.1 — Draft sharper announcements with AI August 25, 2026 Turn completed feedback into a clear visitor-facing update without starting from the original request text. - Use the AI suggestion beside **Title** to turn a feedback report into a short, punchy headline - Use the separate suggestion beside **Short description** to write a concise summary without replacing the title you chose - Every suggestion stays editable and is never published until you review it and choose **Publish announcement** ## v0.14.0 — Search feedback and capture cleaner screenshots August 25, 2026 Finding the right report is quicker, and screenshots now focus on your product instead of the feedback widget. - Search your Inbox by message, visitor name, email, or page URL. It updates as you type and works with your existing folder, type, and status filters - Search sits beside the status filter, and feedback always stays in newest-submitted-first order — changing a status will not move an older report to the top - When a visitor captures a screenshot, the widget hides before the browser selects the tab, so it does not appear in the image ## v0.13.0 — Jump straight into your last project inbox August 23, 2026 Signing in now opens a project inbox instead of a project list. Each project has a readable URL from its name, and you can switch or create projects from the header. - You land on the last project you opened, or the oldest one if it is your first visit. Switch or create another from the project name - Inbox URLs use the project name, like `/project/unsection`. Old `/dashboard/projects/…` links still redirect - Feedback cards are denser and load as you scroll. Spam counts only new arrivals this visit. Skip if you only want the usual status email - Visitors still see the latest published card once in the same corner as your widget ## v0.11.1 — Keep spam out of your feedback inbox August 21, 2026 New widget feedback now gets a quick AI check, so your inbox stays focused on useful product feedback instead of obvious promotions, scams, and gibberish. - Only clearly unhelpful submissions are moved to Spam. Genuine issues, ideas, questions, and short messages stay in the inbox - Spam has its own folder and does not trigger new-feedback or browser notifications. You can see why a submission was flagged - Review and restore anything from Spam, or mark a report as spam yourself. If the AI check is unavailable, the report stays in the normal inbox ## v0.11.0 — Announce shipped updates on your website August 19, 2026 When you mark feedback as Done, SupaFeedback can publish a short update for everyone visiting your site — not only the person who submitted the request. - Prepare a title, short description, and optional image or link, then publish. Skip if you only want the usual status email - A What's new card appears in the same corner as your widget. Each visitor sees it once and can dismiss it - The inbox stacks published cards, with Unpublish when you want the update off the site. The original requester still gets the Done email ## v0.10.2 — A dedicated page for each survey's results August 18, 2026 Opening Results now takes you to that survey's own page, with conversion stats, the rating mix, and a searchable list of responses. - Each survey card shows shown, responses, conversion, and average rating. Click a card to open its results page - Search, filter, and sort responses. Scores are color-coded from teal (4–5) through amber (3) to red (1) - Switch Active or Inactive from the results header, or Edit the campaign in a popup.
