Questions, answered.

How do I add the feedback widget to my website?

Paste one script tag with your project ID before the closing body tag. Then turn on the floating Feedback button in Setup, or add the data-sf attribute to any button or link you already have.

Does SupaFeedback work with React, Next.js, Vue and WordPress?

Yes. The widget is a single vanilla JavaScript file, so it works on any site that can load a script tag, including React, Next.js, Vue, WordPress and plain HTML.

Who can see the screenshots customers attach?

Screenshots are private. Only people with access to the project can view them. Customers can capture the current tab or upload a PNG, JPEG or WebP image.

Can I know which customer sent the feedback?

Yes. Call SupaFeedback.identify() with a name and email after sign-in, or add data-sf-name and data-sf-email to your trigger, and every report shows who sent it.

How does spam protection work?

New widget feedback gets a quick AI check. Only clearly unhelpful submissions, like promotions and gibberish, move to a separate Spam folder that never triggers notifications. You can review and restore anything, and if the check is unavailable the report stays in the inbox.

Will I miss urgent feedback if I use the daily digest?

No. Critical alerts are on by default. Describe what counts as critical, such as failed payments or broken login, and matching reports are emailed immediately even when your email preference is Daily digest or Off.

Can AI agents or servers submit feedback?

Yes. Send JSON to POST /api/feedback with your project ID and a message. Agents can start at /llms.txt and read every docs page as Markdown.

Is SupaFeedback free?

SupaFeedback is free to start and no credit card is required. Create a project and install the widget in a few minutes.
